Hino Motors is japanese largest truck manufacturer and exporter: domestic sales FY2009 35000 trucks and 1st position for the last 37 years in heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks segment (share 34.8%). Overseas sales FY2009 - 63000 trucks. Sales of Toyota brand - 120 000 units.
2007 - Hino launches production of conventional cab medium-duty trucks at new Williamstone, West Virginia (USA) facility.
Hino represents the Toyota Group in the japanese and global market for light-duty (Dutro for domestic market, 300 series, 600 series for global market), medium-duty trucks (Ranger for domestic market, 500 series, 600 series for global market), heavy-duty trucks (Profia for domestic market, 700 series for global market), and buses (Selega, BlueRibbon, Melpha, Rainbow, Liesse, Poncho).
